Our teams work around the clock, so once content has been verified as malicious we will get started on having the content removed. Once the content has been verified by our team the timer will begin and the race is on. From that point on we will do everything we can to have the content removed as soon as possible to make sure we hit all SLAs.

Site Enforcer comes with a 48 hour SLA and Site Marshall comes with a 24 Hour SLA. The timer begins once the content has been validated as malicious.

If an incident becomes reactive, then we will continue on with the take down; with the counter continuing on from where it stopped.
